People365 and its representatives will never request your account credentials. You should never share your People365 account information, including your username and password, with anyone else. We recommend that you use a unique password for your People365account that is not associated with other websites. You should check your People365 account regularly to ensure that your Personal Information has not been tampered with or altered. You should only use the Services within a secure environment. You are responsible to ensure that all users enable multi-factor authentication (MFA) on your People365 account. You may select from several options approved by People365.

Any suspicious activity regarding your account, including automated messages or calls from parties you cannot identify, should be reported to People365 using [email protected] email address.

5. Current Customer Account Owner and Admin User Information

Every customer identifies an account owner, primary contact, or secondary contact, and admin users when receiving People365 Services. We collect your name, title, business phone number and email address. We use your information to set up the account and for service, transactional and promotional communications.

We may collect information via audio recordings of calls when you call our customer service.

6. Communication

We use your information to deliver service-related, transactional, and promotional communications (e.g., telephone calls, emails, SMS).
People365 and their representatives will never request your account credentials. Any suspicious activity should be reported to [email protected].

7. Business Contacts

We may collect your name, employer, business phone number, and email address if you are a prospective customer, partner, reseller, or service provider.
This information is used for marketing, procurement, and partnership purposes.

People365 will share your information, including Personal Information, to respond to investigations, court orders, legal process, or to investigate, prevent or act regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, or situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of People365’s Terms of Service, or as otherwise required by law. If People365is required by law or an order of a court of competent jurisdiction to disclose your information, People365 will promptly notify you of this requirement, if permitted by the court or applicable law, so that you may seek a protective order or other appropriate relief.

19. Mobile Application Data

We use mobile analytics to better understand the functionality of our service on your mobile device. This software may record information such as how often you use the application, the events that occur within the application, aggregated usage, performance data, and the source from which the application was downloaded. When you use our mobile apps, we may also collect your city location, device model and version, device identifier (or “UDID”), OS version.

Purpose of the processing

Mobile application data can be used to:

  1. keep our service secure and prevent fraud;
  2. help us improve our service by: trends analysis, better understanding of the functionality of our service on your mobile device, gathering demographic information about our user base as a whole.

20. Log files

We may store information about your computer hardware and software that is automatically collected by our infrastructure mechanisms and service providers. This information can include: your IP address, browser type, domain names, internet service provider (ISP), length of visits, the files viewed on our site (ex: HTML pages, graphics, etc.), clickstream data, access times and referring website addresses, operating system, device screen size, page views, etc.

Purpose of the processing

This information is used by People365:

  1. for the operation of service, to maintain quality of service;
  2. to provide general statistics regarding the use of website and services;
  3. to keep our service secure and prevent fraud.

You can also delete cookies already stored on your computer, but deleting cookies will have a negative impact on the usability of our websites.
