Senior UI/UX Designer
The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, multi-tasker, and demonstrated team-player. You will be a Senior UX/UI Designer responsible for optimizing the usability of People365 platform (web, mobile web and mobile application). You should excel in working with Adobe XD tool to create and conceptualize the layout of intuitive user interfaces through flow-charts, high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes and have outstanding communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Design user experiences that drive engagement and increase retention
- Work closely with product managers to deliver intuitive, elegant, and delightful visual designs for responsive web and mobile applications
- Collaborate with developers to implement and maintain People365’s design system upholding design best practices and a consistent UX/UI across the product.
- Experience building and maintaining a reusable design system
- Demonstrated ability to understand complex technical digital concepts, and present them as simple design solutions
- Strong visual and typographic sensibility
- Excellent verbal communication skills and ability to discuss design decisions
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated with a passion for pixel perfection, consistency, organization, usability, and discoverability
- Proficiency with Adobe XD, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
Qualifications
7+ years of experience in software UI design creating artifacts including low- through high fidelity mockups, interactive prototypes.
Nice to have:
- Experience in building and maintaining a reusable design system
- Understanding of HTML structure and CSS
