Invalid Leaves

• Day Non Applicable: Employee not linked to a schedule, or the Schedule Application is not executed
• Attendance Already Exists: Leave intersects with attendance hours
• Leave is already assigned or requested: A leave is already assigned for the Employee in this period.
• Exceeded Balance: Employee has surpassed his balance limit
• Time Settings Violated: Employee has violated the restirctions applied on the Leave Type. For more information, please check the Control Assign Information.
• Period is Locked: The leave is being assigned in a locked period. For more information, please check the Lock Till Date

Modify Assigned Leaves

You can’t modify an assigned leave. Please delete it and assign a new one.

Delete Assigned Leaves

Using Normal View:

Please go to Time Attendance >>Leave >> Assign leave
• Select employee
• Select date from/date to
• Select “Normal View”
• Click on “Show Assigned Leaves”
People365 will display the assigned leaves in the period chosen. To delete a leave, click on “Delete”
• You can use the “Bulk Delete” option in case the leaves were assigned as “Taken”

Using Graphical View:

Please go to Time Attendance >>Leave >> Assign leave
• Select employee
• Select date from/date to
• Select “Graphical View”
• Click on “Show Assigned Leaves”
People365 will display calendary, the assigned leaves in the period chosen. To delete a leave, click on the leave date in the table, you will see an “X”, then click on “Save”

Delete Multiple Leaves

From “Normal View”, you can delete multiple leaves using “Buld Delete” option in case the leaves were assigned as Taken.

check future planned leaves

Please go to Time Attendance >>Leave >> Assign leave:
• Select employee
• Select date from/date to, which expected to be in the future
• Select “Normal View” or “Graphical View”
• Click on “Show Assigned Leaves”
People365 will display the assigned leaves in the period chosen. The color of the Planned Leaves in the “Graphical View” is Pink, while Taken Leavs is “Dak Green”

difference between “Balance on Leave Day” and “Current Balance”

Balance on Leave Day: Balance on Date From of the leave, without taking into consideration any taken leave after that date.
Current Balance: Today’s Balance: Current Balance – Future Planned Leaves + Future Opened Balance

What does Apply Date refers to?

Is the date where the leave is applied on.
For example: Overnight Schedule that starts at 23:00 and ends at 08:00, if the employee has a leave from 07:00 till 08:00, the Applied Date is Yesterday since it’s related to yesterday duty.

What does the Reference indicates?

Indicates the reference for the leave justification

What does the Authorized/Signed by refers to?

Drop down list from where you can select the employee who authorized the leave

What does the Apply to Yesterday Schedule refers to?

Applied only on Overnight Leaves, where the days are intersected.
For example: Overnight Schedule that starts at 23:00 and ends at 08:00, if the employee wants to take a leave from 07:00 till 08:00, the “Apply to Yesterday Schedule” must be checked since it’s related to yesterday duty.
