Assign Leave – Normal View

Please go to Time Attendance >>Leave >> Assign leave:
• Select employee
• Select date from/date to
• Select “Normal View”
• Click on “Show Assigned Leaves”
People365 will display the assigned leaves in the period chosen. To add a new leave, click on “Add new record”:

  1. Select the Leave Type from the drop down list
  2. Select the Leave Status: Planned or Taken. To know more about the Leave Status, please click here
  3. Choose the period of the leave
  4. If houlry leave, uncheck the “Full Day” and choose the time from and time to
  5. Click on the “Assign”>> People365 will display a summary of the leave>>Click on “Save” to save the leave.
