Assign Leave – Normal View

Please go to Time Attendance >>Leave >> Assign leave:
• Select employee
• Select date from/date to
• Select “Normal View”
• Click on “Show Assigned Leaves”
People365 will display the assigned leaves in the period chosen. To add a new leave, click on “Add new record”:
- Select the Leave Type from the drop down list
- Select the Leave Status: Planned or Taken. To know more about the Leave Status, please click here
- Choose the period of the leave
- If houlry leave, uncheck the “Full Day” and choose the time from and time to
- Click on the “Assign”>> People365 will display a summary of the leave>>Click on “Save” to save the leave.
