Each location can be precisely defined by Google Maps Latitude and Longitude coordinates, site name, and address. Enhanced accuracy can be guaranteed by specifying a desired radius to target a specific distance around the location address.
Location Detection and Site Matching:
The Mobility app utilizes mobile location services to detect the employee's current location and matches it with the closest office or site. It checks if the employee is within a saved radius of the designated location. If the employee is outside the radius, they will be unable to clock in, ensuring accurate time tracking.

Note: The application does not track user locations when it is not actively being used or running in the background. Users have the option to enable location services only while the application is in use. When the user clicks on 'Locate Me,' the application utilizes the phone's GPS and mobile network to pinpoint the location on the map, after which mobile location services are deactivated.
Attendance History:
Employees can access and view their clock-in and clock-out entries, including the corresponding time and location details. The entries are available indefinitely, allowing employees to review their attendance records at any time in the future.
QR Code Clock-in
Easy QR Clock-in:
Enable employees to clock in easily using a touchless process by scanning a QR code from a tablet or mobile device. Each entry is automatically saved with the device name, allowing employees to clock in across different departments within the organization. Stay updated with comprehensive information on clock-in time, location, and employee availability.
Step 1:
Admins can assign a unique name and customize settings for each tablet to match its corresponding location. Furthermore, admins can specify individuals authorized to clock in using each of these tablets.
Step 2:
When employees scan QR code on the tablet, the application instantly identifies the tablet's name and location. The attendance of the employee is then automatically recorded and saved.
Step 3:
The tablet automatically generates a new QR code for the next employee.
